ASPIRE HOME FURNISHINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Timeframes:
If there is a special order of furniture in a special material the time to deliver the furniture is within 6-9 weeks.
Aspire Home Furnishings will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver your Order within any stated timeframes for dispatch, however Aspire Home Furnishings does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
You must advise at the time you place your order to Aspire Home Furnishings, any difficulties that may be involved in the delivery (such as stairs or narrow entries). If you do not state the situation correctly and on arrival the delivery contractor deems it to be a difficult location you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees and the cost of an extra person to assist.
Orders:
We recommend you carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order.
Once an Order has been accepted by Aspire Home Furnishings, no cancellation of that Order is valid unless you receive our written communication permitting the cancelled Order. Representations of goods or services for sale made by Aspire Home Furnishings
do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to treat, and you and Aspire Home Furnishings may only enter into a contract for the sale and supply of goods or services when you submit an order via the website to purchase goods at the price advertised on the website by:
(a) placing an electronic Order for the goods or services using the website;
(b) you confirming the Order details in accordance with the procedure on the website;
(c) you making payment in full (plus any applicable delivery and handling charges) on the website; and
(d) the acceptance of that offer by Aspire Home Furnishings.
Refunds:
We do not refund customers within 7 working days of receiving your goods back into our warehouse.
Refunds where applicable will be transferred back to the original credit card or bank account holder.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
Delivery and installation:
Our delivery charge starts from 20 euros but vary depending on area and products if needs two people or more.
All Glass products shall be checked by driver and the customer both must sign separately on the page that goods are received in good condition on delivery.
Warranty:
If a product is found faulty, Aspire Home Furnishings will use its own service to repair the defective product.
If this cannot be done then Aspire Home Furnishings will replace with the same or similar product.
Aspire Home Furnishings will pay for the costs of labour and parts needed to fix the product.
If a similar product is not available then Aspire Home Furnishings will offer a in-store credit for the purchaser.
If the in-store credit is offered, the products must be returned to the store.
Legal Capacity:
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to purchase goods or services from the website.
Any Order and/or purchase made by you using this website is an acknowledgement by you.
Damage to your computer:
Aspire Home Furnishings makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects.
However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website won’t affect your computer.
Aspire Home Furnishings recommends that you purchase the right firewall and anti-virus software to use this and other websites
and caution against anything that may damage or interfere with the operation of your computer. Aspire Home Furnishings shall not be liable in the very unlikely event that while
using this website your computer equipment is damaged.
Cancellation and Returns:
An order may be cancelled by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Such notice must be given by email or by phone call to the number or address as shown on this site.
If the cancellation is because of any problems with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
On cancelling your order for any reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect. If this is the case we will meet the cost of return, which will be organised by ourselves.
Other than as set above Aspire Home Furnishings will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply
because you have changed your mind or the goods were not what you expected.
Orders for Collection by Customers
The terms of this clause apply where you select to collect your Order from Aspire Home Furnishings Store.
If you select to collect your goods from Store, a representative of Aspire Home Furnishings will contact you by telephone
or email to notify you when the Order is available for collection. Orders for collection must be collected within ten (10) days
of Aspire Home Furnishings giving you notice by telephone or by email that your Order is available for collection.
If your Order is not collected within this time, Aspire Home Furnishings has the right to allocate those goods to another customer
and reorder the goods for you.
