Returning A Product

If you have changed your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received your product(s) to inform us of your intention to return your purchase.

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to our store in Meath. Aspire Home Funishings recognises that many of our customers do not have the means to return some items, and so we will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Saturday) if requested. In such circumstances, a charge of €70 or €120 will be made to cover the cost of collecting and returning the items.This charge depends on location and items that need collecting.

To receive a full refund, the item(s) in question must be in a resaleable, 'as new' condition and be in their original, undamaged packaging with unbroken seals. For online and in-store purchases, where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge of 30% will be applied.

Please Note: Custom made orders, floor models or display models cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, mattresses which have been removed from their original packaging may not be returned unless they are faulty.

Received order is damaged

In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You can email us at info@aspirehomefurnishings.ie and please include your details, order number, phone number and photos of the damaged item. You can also call our customer service team on 00353 19620048 Damaged item(s) can be returned to our store in Meath.

If you cannot return your item to the return location, please contact us and we will arrange an uplift. A replacement will be issued to you on receipt of the damaged item. If you do not require a replacement, a refund will be processed to the payment method used during your original transaction with us.

Received a faulty or incorrect item

In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is either faulty or has an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You can email us at info@aspirehomefurnishings.ie and please include your details, order number, phone number and photos of the faulty/incorrect item. You can also call our customer service team on 00353 19620048

Do not use the product.

Faulty or incorrect item(s) can be returned to our store in Meath.

If you cannot return the faulty or incorrect please contact us and we will arrange an uplift. If the item is faulty, please note that we may ask to inspect the goods to confirm the fault or ask you to carry out a telephone diagnostic to make sure it is not a problem that can be resolved quickly.

If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we will have one of our technicians carry out an inspection. If the fault cannot be resolved we will offer you a reselection or any other collectively agreed solution.

My item does not fit

The measurements for most of our products are listed on each of our product pages. They are also displayed on the point-of-sale store. It is your responsibility to measure the area in which you will be placing your new furniture, along with the route to the item’s final destination (doorways, stairways etc...).If in any doubt of your product of interest fitting a required space please contact us via customer service 0035319620048 and speak with one of our sales staff to make 100% sure that products are correct for the space available.

If the item does not fit, and you purchased it online, it can be returned within the 14 days cooling off period. It must not have been used and must be in a perfect resalable condition.

If you purchased your item in-store and it does not fit, it can be returned but it will be subject to a restocking charge of 30% of the original purchase price, and a store credit note will be issued. It must not have been used and must be in perfect resalable condition.

Mattresses Policy

Aspire Home Furnishings will refund the purchase price of the goods within 14 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete - less any transport costs.

· Customers who refuse delivery at the door will be liable for a return delivery charge from €100 + VAT.

· Unfortunately, we cannot authorise refunds or exchanges on any products that have been unpacked or slept on.

· To accept an item for return we must be notified in writing within 14 days of delivery. The item must be then returned to us as soon as possible.

· Aspire Home Furnishings cannot be held liable for items ordered incorrectly or in the wrong size.

· No refunds can be given for inadequate access or the item not fitting in the customer's room.

· Return Locations for Home Accessory Products

Home Accessories can be returned to our store.

Following the cancellation of your order and your product(s) safe return to our store, an inspection will be carried out and any monies owed will be refunded to the payment method used during your original transaction with us, usually within 14 days.
